The system Berker EnergyGuard consists of a transmitter and several receivers which can be easily installed on appliances or on individual circuits. The current consumption data from the whole house is transferred wirelessly to the EnergyGuard center. Here, the current consumption values and energy costs are displayed, as well as previous comparative values and forecasts for future power requirements. By determining threshold values for individual users, the EnergyGuard system also ensures more security: if an appliance or section of the building does not continuously remain within its defined threshold values, the EnergyGuard emits a warning. And for longer periods of absence, you can see at a glance whether all the appliances that need to be switched off are indeed off.
