How individual can a switch be?
Berker was founded in 1919 as a "Specialised Factory for Electrotechnical Apparatus". This name alone indicates that we also developed special solutions and special designs for specific customer needs. We have maintained this tradition up to the present day. We call this aspect of our work Berker custom manufacturing. We do not have to re-invent our switches in order to provide our customers with individual solutions to meet their particular needs. It is not the technology that must be changed to impart a personal touch, but rather it is the surface, the finish, or the material that gives custom-manufactured switches their own character – on the right way.
ALWAYS SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL
From printing, colour selection and surface treatment to special manufacturing techniques, there are many possibilities to make switches as individual as the customer requires. In principle, all of our switch ranges can be given an individual look. Almost any surface design can be realised, regardless of how unusual it may be.
With the possibilities offered by our custom manufacturing, we succeed time and again in creating very personal combinations of materials, colours and surfaces. For instance, switches can even be made from antibacterial plastics.
